Opportunity Overview:
- Senior leadership role building and scaling Grafana Labs' Corporate FP&A function.
- Own long-range planning, annual planning, monthly forecasting, and consolidated reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
- Modernize finance processes with systems, automation, and AI.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate FP&A team.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, ideally at a tech company.
- Strong SaaS, financial modeling, and executive communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- OTE range for this role is $260,000 - $312,000 in the US.
- Includes RSUs and a global annual leave policy of 30 days.
