About the Role:
- Own the financial planning, analysis, and forecasting function for the Enterprise business.
- Reconcile multi-stakeholder views to drive decisions with long-term organizational impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes end-to-end.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive decision-making.
- Lead the FP&A function through subordinate managers and develop leaders.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience with senior leadership responsibility.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with financial planning software like Anaplan, Workday, or Adaptive.
