Key Responsibilities:
- Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across departments.
- Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, headcount, and capital planning.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
- 4+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience with strong modeling skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Work Environment:
- Minimal travel required (up to 5%) for team meetings or planning offsites.
- Works in normal office conditions near office equipment and other employees.
