About the Role:
- Own the company's financial model and lead FP&A cadences.
- Partner with R&D and G&A to manage budgets and headcount.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting and forecasting.
- Build scalable planning tools and processes.
- Deliver insights on financial results and KPIs to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with 2+ in FP&A.
- Strong modeling skills and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Experience with headcount and opex forecasting.
