  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Guard and the security components of Atlassian’s cloud platform.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning tailored to security & trust personas, highlighting security, compliance, and cloud value.
  • Enable sales teams with effective collateral, training, and tools to drive pipeline and close deals.

  • Work closely with the Controller to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract billing, payroll reconciliation, labor cost reconciliation.
  • Lead the month-end closing process and collaborate with the Controller to prepare, analyze, and deliver accurate financial statements.

  • Partner with the Managing Director of AI and the executive team to translate priorities into sequenced plans, resourcing, and measurable outcomes.
  • Design and build AI-powered systems that operate independently with minimal ongoing intervention—automated engines that scale beyond individual engagements.
  • Own end-to-end delivery on multiple client engagements involving AI-enabled solutions, from discovery through launch and sustained adoption.

  • Portfolio Ownership: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, taking ownership of customer situations and seeing them through to resolution.
