Transform CSG’s Finance and Accounting Department and provide strategic financial leadership and oversight. Lead day-to-day accounting functions: general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Responsible for ensuring the compliance, accuracy, and readiness on CSG’s financial systems.

This role plays a critical part in managing project accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and FAR standards, and delivering accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings expertise in Deltek Vantagepoint, project accounting within the engineering or construction industry, and has a strong command of Excel and financial systems.

The Remote Senior Controller - Government Contracts is a leadership position accountable for managing the activities of several staff, including Controllers, Accounting Supervisors and Accounting Specialists and being a strong individual contributor, while providing exceptional outsourced controllership and advisory services as well as strategic direction to various clients.
