- Build personnel models covering headcount, hiring, and compensation.
- Lead monthly BVA processes and scenario modeling.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields at high-tech companies.
- Deep expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and bottoms-up modeling.
- Experience with enterprise software metrics and financial planning tools.
