Responsibilities:
- Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Develop forecast assumptions and lead variance analysis.
- Analyze sales performance by customer, channel, and product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- 6+ years of FP&A or related experience.
- CPG or food & beverage experience required.
Compensation & Culture:
- Pay Range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year plus bonus.
