The ideal candidate will work closely with business units, providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and driving process improvements. This role involves financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Centralize and lead the business strategy for Lime’s financial systems, driving process design and transformation across Finance. Define and manage the Finance Technology roadmap in alignment with Corporate Technology and business goals, spanning platforms like NetSuite, Oracle FAH, Anaplan, custom engineered, and treasury/tax solutions.

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead our global strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support Broadvoice’s growth and financial goals. This role will be central to driving data-informed decision-making, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring the alignment of financial resources with the company’s objectives.

The Senior Financial Analyst will work with the FP&A team to provide support with the annual budget process and corresponding monthly variance analysis. This individual will be responsible for partnering with budget owners, accounting, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and variance explanations. The Senior Analyst will aid in preparing executive and board presentations and leading monthly departmental cost meetings.
