Role Overview:
- This position owns the FP&A function end to end and partners with executive leadership.
- It will shape financial strategy and significantly impact Rescale's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven financial models and present to senior management.
- Generate KPI dashboards and communicate trends, risks, opportunities.
- Perform variance analyses and prepare Board/investor materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Finance or analytical field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years finance experience with expert modeling and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and AI tools; located in Continental US.
