Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (AI First)

About the Role:

• You will run budgeting and forecasting cycles, prepare monthly reporting, and support the accounting team.
• This is an AI-native role where you build the systems that produce recurring analysis, not just run them.
• You own both automation and judgment—building agents that work reliably and reviewing their outputs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and maintain AI agents for variance analysis, cohort retention, board metrics, and data pulls.
• Own the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, and keep the financial model up to date.
• Own monthly reporting packages, metrics definitions, and support business partners with ad-hoc analysis.

A Little Bit About You:

• You have 3–5+ years of FP&A experience and a proven instinct for when AI-generated answers are wrong.
• You are structured in your thinking and experienced with AI tools in finance workflows.
• You have solid financial modeling skills, knowledge of SaaS metrics, and can explain results clearly.
