The Role:
- You'll own the financial model and planning layer for the entire company.
- You'll deliver monthly performance vs plan, cash runway forecasts, and forward-looking KPIs.
- You'll codify planning logic into agent-assisted workflows to scale the function.
Responsibilities:
- Own the financial model so its outputs are trusted across the business.
- Run the monthly performance vs plan cycle with independent variance analysis.
- Turn variance into action and build AI-assisted workflows.
