About the Role:
- You'll own the financial performance of a portfolio of clinics, from forecasting to reporting.
- You'll partner with Practice Success Managers and practice owners to drive change.
- You'll build AI-powered automations and be accountable for P&L outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Produce clinic-level projections and monthly variance analysis.
- Own practice-owner payment calculations and reconcile to P&L.
- Drive gross margin optimization and execute improvement plans.
