Role Overview:
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to VP and C-level executives across R&D and G&A.
- Drive financial visibility and strategic decision-making through forecasting and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly forecast reviews and translate performance into actionable insights.
- Own end-to-end financial planning including budgeting, multi-year planning, and variance analysis.
- Design executive dashboards and communicate complex data to non-financial audiences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with Excel and experience with FP&A systems.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and IPO readiness experience preferred.
