What you’ll do as a Senior Director, FP&A at Vanta:

  • Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting process end-to-end, driving alignment across GTM, EPD, and G&A.
  • Serve as the primary financial business partner to the executive team, delivering board-ready financial packages and investment frameworks.
  • Build and maintain the company's long-range financial model, tracking ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, and unit economics.

How to be successful in this role:

  • 10+ years of corporate finance experience, including at least 4 years in a senior FP&A leadership role in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics such as ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills with the ability to operate at multiple altitudes.
