Responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally with leaders across Product and Engineering on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support headcount planning and alignment across hiring plans, budgets, and actuals.
- Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, and planning infrastructure.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Strong experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
- Demonstrated success improving financial models and planning processes.
