  • Own the administration, governance, and ongoing execution of sales compensation programs, partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Accounting.
  • Bring structure and operational excellence to the end-to-end sales compensation process to ensure timely payouts, strong controls, and clear communication.
