Provide virtual based care to Oscar Health Insurance members within designated Oscar states, offering compassionate, evidence-based care through audio and written communication. This overnight shift role (11p-7a EST) involves collaborating with physicians and utilizing virtual "exams" via remote monitoring equipment. Responsibilities include following up on labs, participating in a collaborative care model, and providing feedback to improve operational workflows.

The Senior Analyst is responsible for providing analysis and support to the compensation team to ensure our compensation programs run successfully. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employee and manager questions regarding compensation at Oscar and as the compensation SME to the internal people team for Tier 1 support. The Senior Analyst will also conduct regular audits and maintain SOPs and documentation to ensure all programs are acting in accordance with applicable laws while supporting all SOX compliance and internal audits.

Responsible for leading a team of direct and indirect reports focused on the design and execution of the local network strategy by identifying, sourcing, qualifying, and recruiting healthcare providers to join Oscar's network expanding access to care for plan members. This role emphasizes daily management of network recruitment and provider relations for all markets through targeted provider outreach strategies. You will report to the Senior Director, Network Monitoring & Performance Management.

The clinician will conduct virtual health assessment where the provider reviews the member’s current medical diagnosis, medications, preventative screening and overall health history, while also cross-training into urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines. The role requires interaction with members virtually, including virtual assessment, diagnosis and treatment.

The Senior Specialist, Network Contracting intakes, processes, and negotiates post service single case agreements, ensuring claims are handled fairly, often under regulations like the No Surprises Act. This involves research, strategy, communication, and coordination of all IDR-related matters. The Senior Specialist may also play a role in recruiting new providers to the network, assisting with resolution of provider issues, and supporting cost-saving initiatives.

Builds, tests, and implements data and technical solutions with a focus on creating efficiency and scale through technology and automation of Oscar’s infrastructure and underlying logic for core insurance functions. You will report to the Manager, Operations Engineering. Partners closely with other departments to structure and operationalize the next generation of health insurance operations.

As Director of Claims and Benefits Configuration, you will lead a team responsible for managing plan and benefit configuration across the organization. Your key responsibilities include developing and leading execution of the plan and benefit configuration roadmap and collaborating with Insurance Product and Technology teams, as well as the broader Insurance Operations organization, to perform ongoing configuration activities and build scalable solutions to improve the configuration space.

Create and manage risk adjustment models and their underlying infrastructure. Includes direct management and mentorship of junior data scientists and collaborating with stakeholders to develop data science solutions to meet business objectives. Work will significantly shape Oscar's risk adjustment strategies and systems, enhancing their efficiency and accuracy. Impact financial performance and strategic decision-making.

As the Associate, Operational Controls, you will support the development, implementation and oversight of the operational control framework, including meeting SOX, MAR, and SOC requirements. You will document operational processes, assess control effectiveness, develop corrective action plans, and recommend improvements within Operations, reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Controls.
