As a CRE Portfolio Manager II in the Affordable Housing Division, you will be responsible for underwriting complex affordable housing construction and permanent loan originations, including those related to LIHTC and other CRA qualified public-private partnerships. This role will develop and analyze affordable housing credits providing strong, thorough recommendations. Monitor borrower financial information, project performance, covenant compliance, maturities, and delinquencies, and provide accurate assessments of ongoing financial stability. Manage a CRE portfolio of borrowing clients with responsibility for portfolio quality.
