The Principal Product Manager will shape how hundreds of thousands of clean energy assets are connected, managed and optimized as Palmetto ushers in the clean energy revolution. They will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for Palmetto’s emerging Asset Management Business Unit. This includes developing products, services, and solutions that enable Palmetto to onboard systems and devices from various sources, provide the ability to monitor, alert, and report on our broad portfolio of energy assets, ensure efficient and timely servicing, and drive value and satisfaction for our customers.

The Sr. Director, Data & Analytics will shape how Palmetto uses data and machine learning to make clean energy more affordable, accessible, and intelligent. This role will harness the power of data to deliver transformative insights and solutions that drive business and product growth and impact. Leading Palmetto’s Data Center of Excellence, the Sr. Director will own global data strategy and governance, enable company-wide business intelligence, foster a testing and experimentation mindset, and deploy ML and AI strategies to solve critical product and business problems.

This partner-facing role is focused on developing strategic growth channels with national platforms, software providers, and OEMs. Candidates should demonstrate expertise and deep knowledge of the HVAC segment, proven GTM experience, and creativity in conceiving, developing, and launching strategic partnerships and innovative growth strategies.

The Asset Performance Specialist role is critical to the success of the Palmetto Platform and LightReach financial product, managing all customer and operational logistics around ongoing services and support for solar systems. They are responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting remotely, and assisting customers with issues. The specialist identifies issues, prioritizes troubleshooting, manages time effectively, and communicates empathetically with customers.

The Service Operations Project Coordinator role is critical to the success of the Palmetto Platform, managing all customer and operational logistics around services and support needs throughout the 25+ year lifespan of the solar system. The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting customers, B2B channel partners, and Tier 1 Customer Support reps in solving post-PTO services and support cases, investigating elevated tickets and prioritizing the troubleshooting process and time management.
