Finance Manager (FP&A)

WHY THIS ROLE:

• First dedicated finance hire at a fast-growing startup, working directly with the CEO.
• Build the financial foundation guiding pricing, market entry, hiring, and capital allocation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Build and own Concourse's operating model: revenue forecasting, unit economics, headcount planning, and scenario analysis.
• Partner with the CEO on strategic decisions through clear models that frame options.
• Develop KPIs and financial reporting for real-time business visibility.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2-3 years of FP&A experience at a top accounting or professional services firm (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, etc.).
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills; ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
• Clear communicator comfortable presenting to a CEO and pushing back on assumptions.
