FP&A Manager

The Role:

• Most FP&A roles ask you to run a process someone else designed; this one asks you to build and run it.
• You'll work closely with our FP&A Engineer to design tooling from scratch and own forecasting, modeling, and strategic support.
• This role requires genuine interest in rebuilding finance functions and using agentic AI as a daily tool.

Responsibilities:

• Phase 1: Build - partner to design and ship planning infrastructure, build agents to eliminate manual workflows.
• Phase 2: Own - build driver-based models, lead scenario planning, and own forecasting and budgeting.
• Every day: handle urgent modeling questions with little warning, turn messy data into clear insights.

What We Are Looking For:

• Real hands-on experience building AI agents.
• Working knowledge of automation, APIs, SQL, Python.
• Strong FP&A or strategic finance experience with financial modeling skills.
