About the Role:
- Help build high-impact teams by finding and hiring technical talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and guide candidates through the process.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing and screening.
- Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and track recruiting in the ATS.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, strong communication skills.
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
