What You'll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
- Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and improve recruiting practices.
