Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and qualifications.
• Proactively source candidates through professional networks and communities.
• Design skills assessments and screening processes.
• Manage candidate communications and interview coordination.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years recruiting experience (3+ for senior).
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Lever.
• Comfort with AI tools for recruiting.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to travel for team retreats.
