**About the Role:**

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all levels and functions.
• Screen inbound applicants and provide shortlists to hiring managers.
• Manage interviews, debriefs, and candidate communication seamlessly.

**Who You Are:**

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong organizational instincts and ATS fluency.
• Process-builder mindset with a sense of urgency and calm demeanor.

**Logistics:**

• Remote position; must reside in specified states.
• Background and reference checks required.
• Interview process: 30-min screen, up to three video/onsite interviews.
