Effectively manage the onboarding process to successfully integrate a clinician into a new position. Serve as the initial point of contact for the practice/region and initiate appropriate notifications and steps as required for successful clinician integration. Establish and maintain a positive relationship with each clinician throughout their onboarding and provides an overview of the process.

Acts as an institutional liaison with extramural sponsors and works to manage the proposal preparation and/or post award activities on grants, contracts, program projects. Independently performs moderately complex administrative and financial functions related to budgeting and forecasting requiring specific knowledge, skills and broad application of policies.

Source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms, coordinating and conducting candidate screenings to support a smooth interview process. The candidate will maintain organized and updated hiring pipelines along with collaborating with the team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
