Job Description
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support end-to-end recruiting operations and help bring amazing talent into our mission-driven organization.
The job includes coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing communication with candidates regarding interview logistics, next steps, and feedback, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), posting job openings, assisting with drafting and updating job descriptions, and supporting the recruiting team with projects such as employer branding and process improvements. Also, helping organize recruiting events, job fairs, and career days and performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the recruiting team.
