Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time for W2 employees and 1099 consultants.
Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including processing offers, submitting background checks, managing new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and offboarding procedures.
Support benefits administration, including open enrollment, employee eligibility, and vendor communications.
Provide evidence-based evaluations and treatment sessions focused on supporting emotional regulation, sensory processing, executive functioning, and participation in daily activities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for new and existing Blackbird patients through collaboration with other specialty providers.
Contribute to the development of cutting-edge, interdisciplinary care models and help shape the future of behavioral and developmental healthcare.
