The Digital Triage Nurse is a critical role on the Galileo care team. This individual will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the highest quality care when they have a clinical concern. This is a remote, full-time position at 40 hours/week.

Play a pivotal role in Vynca's Clinical Care Delivery Team as a Registered Nurse. You'll deliver top-notch, evidence-based care to seriously ill patients through telemedicine. This role involves managing patient care, communicating via phone and video, developing care plans, managing medications, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and educating patients and caregivers.

Provide direct patient care in Privia’s Virtual Clinic, treating patients virtually through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Support efforts in developing clinical protocols and virtual care guidelines along with Privia’s clinical leadership. Delivers care through telehealth modalities while coordinating follow ups and managing tasks in the clinical inbox Support the development of virtual care protocols, guidelines, policies, and training programs for providers.

Provide virtual care and support to women and their families while pregnant, throughout labor, and during the period after a baby's birth via 10-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging which includes decisions on all labor and delivery options at hospital, birth centers, or home births. Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-ups while championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone.
