The RCM Business Analyst will be the insights partner for the Revenue Cycle leadership team. This role goes beyond reporting—you’ll work directly with the Head of RCM to surface key trends in revenue cycle performance, highlighting strengths, risks, and opportunities, and help set focus areas for managers and supervisors. You’ll be responsible for identifying early trends in denials, insurance A/R, reimbursement, and bad debt, while also supporting coding audits, payer rate negotiations, and cross-functional data needs.

Build and scale payer partnerships nationally as the first VP of Sales, Health Plans. Responsible for accelerating adoption of Midi across Blues plans and national/regional payers. Build and lead the growth strategy for health plan sales, expand key payer relationships, and unlock meaningful patient access at scale. Energized by building from 0→1 and 1→100 in a category-defining healthcare company.
