Midi is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our cutting edge healthcare start-up. The Master Scheduler role involves creating clinician schedules in Athena, monitoring schedules daily, managing patient waiting lists, rescheduling patients, and adjusting clinician schedules as needed. Cross-coverage of Care Coordinator Team responsibilities will be assigned.
Serve as a vital bridge between patients, clinicians, and internal teams in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. Manage high-touch interactions across multiple channels, resolve escalated patient concerns, and ensure a seamless experience from scheduling to billing. Requires agility, empathy, and technical fluency, demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism when addressing patient feedback, complaints, or grievances.
Take ownership of Midiβs fast-growing product lines, including prescription products and wellness supplements, to define and execute strategy, manage key partners, and lead operational execution across fulfillment, customer experience, and retention. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical Operations to build an e-commerce engine thatβs seamless, scalable, and impactful. As Payroll Manager at Midi Health, youβll take full ownership of payroll operations across our 500+ person, multi-entity organization. You'll ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing while driving reconciliation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. In this role, youβll collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Leadership to ensure our systems stay compliant, efficient, and transparent.
The Patient Service Representative - Billing works within our Clinical Operations team and serves as a link between patients, the practice, and the healthcare system. They are often the initial point of contact for patients and focuses on handling billing-related issues and cases. They assist patients with billing inquiries, insurance questions, and complaints.
Provide administrative leadership and collaboration support to Nurse Practitioners. Responsibilities include reviewing charts, fulfilling collaborating physician duties, participating in state-mandated communications, conducting chart audits, and attending team meetings. Must maintain an unrestricted, active medical license in CA, VA, OH, or TX and have a strong background caring for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
