The Product Operations Assistant role will be responsible for managing the process that ensures that nurse entrepreneurs are able to place their orders on the platform with ease. Your responsibility will be to manage supplies operations and fulfillment process including registering new accounts, monitoring orders and payments, placing orders with suppliers, and daily reconciliations.

Oversee the day-to-day activities of an offshore Member Acquisition team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Monitor and evaluate team performance against established KPIs and SLAs, providing regular feedback to improve outcomes. Conduct regular QA reviews of agent calls, prepare performance reports, and refine team structures.
