We are seeking a dynamic Operations Leader to serve as the operational backbone of our rapidly scaling crypto-native organization. This hands-on role requires an exceptional operator who can establish and enforce disciplined cadence across our diverse technical and financial teams. You will act as the critical bridge between strategic vision and tactical execution, ensuring that all teams maintain accountability.

The Senior Player Operations Manager is responsible for shaping and driving the vision of all Player Operations areas and proactively participates in the creation, implementation, and optimisation of the roadmap planning for the Player Operations Department. This role is focused on reviewing, questioning, and optimising new and existing KPIs and their implementation, making sure that the teams are moving in the right direction.

Oversee global fulfillment operations and drive excellence across True Classic's expanding omnichannel network, managing day-to-day operations across multiple 3PLs supporting DTC, retail, and international fulfillment. Lead operational execution for Roadshow and in-store activation programs, bridging the gap between supply chain strategy and retail execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
