As a Team Leader, you will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team who are based remotely and support older Australians with their aged care journey. Your team will be responsible for conducting Triage, Support Plan Reviews and making Delegate decisions as per the revised Aged Care Act.

In this role, you’ll oversee the full operational lifecycle—from program launch and recruitment coordination to workflow optimisation and quality assurance. Your leadership will ensure initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards, creating a positive impact for both students and internal teams.
