The Senior Project Manager, Clinical Nursing is responsible for the oversight of the setup, implementation, and management of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects, and/or other clinical research projects. You will oversee the setup, execution, and closeout of both regional and global decentralized clinical trial (DCT) nursing projects, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with organizational and client expectations.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented xDR Operations Specialist to optimize processes and systems, support teams, and ensure data accuracy. This role involves technical troubleshooting, data management, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, analytical expertise, and a customer-focused approach to drive operational excellence.

Supervises a team dedicated to executing verification of patient eligibility, insurance confirmation, and insurance discovery. This role drives consistency & accuracy of third-party payor billing information and improves the timeliness of claims submissions. Assists with feedback for hiring, discipline and performance evaluations. Acts as an escalated level of response for concerns and complaints.

This position plays a pivotal role in collaborating with our partner clinical team and training our multi-site Patient Navigators to successfully educate patients on the benefits of genetic testing and early detection.
