Managing Principal, IT

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, plan, execute and evaluate division operations.
• Own IT division budget and expenditures, and regularly reports on it.
• Manage IT staff across several active federal Agile engagements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Agile certification(s), PMI PMP certification, experience with Jira are a must.
• 7-10 years work experience in a related federal agency or government contracting environment.

Growth:

• Develop and implement annual division strategic plan in alignment with SEI overall strategy.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding staff as needed for project completion.
• Manage the operational division budgets.
