As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects simultaneously. You must also be able to manage a Project Manager and/or an Associate Project Manager and/or team of Project Managers. A pharmaceutical advertising agency background is required for this role.

The Associate Project Manager will have project specific responsibilities & ownership of low/mid complexity projects across a set of client account(s) as assigned. They will work closely with their agency counterparts to create the space for great ideas, work and results. The role is accountable for achieving great project-level results for low/mid complexity projects through thoughtful project planning.

Responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant care and support services within a designated geographical area, in line with the business objectives of CCH Group. Provide strong leadership and support to Branch Managers across your region, reporting directly to the Operations Director. Key responsibilities include ensuring branches meet budgeted targets for growth, manage agency spend effectively, and maintain full compliance.

Support effective global Project Team meetings that provide a forum for communication, removing obstacles and resolving issues. Ensure meeting deliverables and agreements are caried out. May lead the team development of the project timeline and budget. Maintain, monitor and report project progress and perform updates to timelines and budget. Coordinate and compile global project scope documents and plans.

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented associate to oversee the financial, operational, and compliance aspects of our Research and Development (R&D) organization. Reporting directly to the CPO and CTO, this role will manage the R&D operational expense budget, optimize CapEx and CoGS, ensure compliance with US GAAP standards, and handle software capitalization across multiple jurisdictions.
