Lead, manage and scale our Bids and Proposals (B&P) team. Responsible for overseeing a team of proposal managers, solution architects and writers to develop compelling, compliant proposal products; and implementing a repeatable bid and pursuit process across the entire organization. Collaborate across Aptive’s Accounts, business development and capture teams to prioritize schedules, shape marketing and capture efforts and lead proposal strategy and processes.
Aptive is looking for a Health Informatics Leader to turn research into reports, insights, predictions, & business intelligence. The position will influence internal and federal leadership teams with a focus on improving healthcare operations and clinical outcomes. This position offers advanced analytics activities (AI/ML) and requires periodic travel to Aptive’s Alexandria, Virginia headquarters.
