The specialist develops high-visibility communications products including briefing decks, one-pagers, abstracts, options memos, and executive summaries for leadership and stakeholders.

Responsible for producing high-quality reports and data products that inform program performance, this role designs and maintains dashboards, compiles metrics and KPIs, and analyzes survey results. The analyst prepares weekly and monthly reports for VA leadership. They will also support biannual surveys and reporting cycles, collaborating with data specialists to ensure data quality and timeliness.
