Open Positions

  • Lead complex program and project management activities for the VHA Specialty Care Program Office, ensuring successful planning, execution, and closeout of initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, integrated master schedules, risk registers, and performance dashboards aligned with VHA strategic priorities.
  • Facilitate coordination across interdisciplinary teams and federal stakeholders to meet program milestones on time, within scope, and in compliance with federal requirements.

  • Interprets Section L and M requirements, advises on FAR and contract vehicles, and contributes win themes and discriminators to proposal strategy.
  • Leads technical research and drafts the technical volume, collaborating with the Solution Lead to develop innovative health solutions and create production-ready visuals.
  • Applies AI context engineering to assemble reference materials, customer knowledge, and evaluation criteria for LLM-generated narrative.

  • Provide specialized expertise in suicide prevention, behavioral health, and public health communications for SAMHSA's 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Awareness initiative.
  • Analyze agency needs, evaluate methodologies, and develop recommendations for process improvements and innovative solutions aligned with federal public health priorities.
  • Contribute expertise to campaign strategy, formative research, audience segmentation, message testing, and performance evaluation.

Senior Analyst

  • Leads the design of project solutions and manages analytical workstreams for SAMHSA's 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Awareness initiative.
  • Coordinates data validation, campaign measurement, and evaluation activities, including paid media performance and audience behavior analysis.
  • Produces formal deliverables such as performance reports, evaluation plans, and data dashboards for government stakeholders.

Program Manager

  • Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of communications, marketing, and advertising services for SAMHSA's 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Awareness initiative.
  • Direct a multidisciplinary team across paid marketing, digital engagement, event planning, partner coordination, and data visualization workstreams.
  • Manage program goals, budgets, deliverables, and contract compliance while collaborating with federal stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain integrated work plans across paid media, digital, social media, partner engagement, and event planning workstreams.
  • Work closely with logistics coordinators and subject matter specialists to ensure activities are sequenced effectively and executed on schedule.
  • Support campaign strategy development, meeting agendas, and operational planning to inform priority digital and communications actions.
