As a Patient Accounts Analyst, you will analyze accounts, processes, and systems to identify root causes of defects, ensure billing compliance, and support operational activities for management and clerical staff within the Patient Account department. You'll be involved in system upgrades, testing, and project work related to Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing, while also assisting with audits and serving as a liaison between departments.
Performs highly complex analyses of business goals, objectives, and needs of the general business environment. Plans and designs business processes and makes recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business activities. Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
