As a Global Intelligence Analyst, you will discern what information is important and relevant through the utilization of a variety of source tools then relay that information to our customers. This position requires laser-sharp focus, pristine attention-to-detail, clear and effective communication skills and the ability to reason. You must have the ability to make quick and thoughtful decisions with the understanding that the information you are sharing could be critical.

This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and possible solutions by leveraging knowledge of business operations and certain applications used by internal/external customers. The role will support Finance ticketing application called SoFinance and FSS and Banking HUB along with other Domain level SharePoint sites.

The Program Insights Analyst & Researcher will play a pivotal role in advancing Merit America's mission by driving strategic program improvements and enhancing the learner experience through informed decision-making. You will leverage data to optimize program outcomes, assess career track performance, and effectively monitor organizational OKRs. It involves extensive collaboration across functions to drive strategic analysis and address data needs.
