The role of Solutions Analyst (SA) is to initiate, execute and support the development of new and revised business processes and requirements for the effective application of J.D. Power solutions and technology. Solutions Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify and validate the business and functional requirements. The SA will also be responsible for gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of offerings.

Support the Network team by developing and managing reporting dashboards and providing data-driven insights. Build out reporting dashboards to analyze key metrics and provide valuable insights for use with external customers and internal cross-functional teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs and uncover data-driven insights to support long-term network growth strategies.
