Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives using research and basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Learns to conduct business process analyses, needs assessments and cost/benefits analyses for aligning operations solutions with business initiatives. Provides assistance in testing efforts. May provide security administration to application supported by area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to analyze business needs, design solutions, and improve operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and mentoring junior analysts. This role requires a strategic thinking leader with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. The successful candidate should have experience working in the HR-PAS and/or Data Warehouse(DW) systems.

The Client Analyst II is responsible for maintaining the client benefits website, documenting and executing benefits related processes, and offering support to the client, their participants and to the bswift service center. Ongoing service delivery to support client requirements and needs. Serve as first level system support for each assigned client. Manage daily/weekly/annual incoming and outgoing file processing.

This role is responsible for maintaining subject matter expertise and leading Operational business process optimization through comprehensive process documentation, gap analyses and remediation planning/execution. This role acts as the subject matter expert across Operational functions, serving as an internal resource for all Ops teams and representing Ops teams in cross functional efforts.
