This role on the Commercial Market Excellence team develops and implements a hub and spoke sales engagement model, leading internal initiatives and cross-market communication, and manages the Customer Impact Advisory Group while serving as an internal commercial business consultant.

Assist in managing commission-related tasks and ensure accurate financial data processing. You will be responsible for handling commission cycles, processing sales-related data, and maintaining compliance with financial policies. The ideal candidate will have strong process management skills with experience in commission processing, deal processing, and/or order processing.

Drive mission-critical projects and own high impact, cross-functional initiatives across the company by diving deep into data, process, and the customer experience to identify the critical insights necessary to business improve performance, and translate these into action as a trusted thought partner.

This role involves creating and managing stories in JIRA, evaluating business requirements, monitoring development, managing incidents, and documenting user story acceptance tests. The analyst will also facilitate problem-solving with stakeholders and ensure high development quality.

The contractor will monitor economic, political, and regulatory developments in Developed APAC (Japan, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand). This remote role supports the creation of analysis and presentations, advising senior executives on business implications of economic developments, and presenting to senior executives on the economic developments.
