Your Tasks:
- Based on overall product prioritization, collaborate with Solution Design and Portfolio Management
- Ensure product models have an appropriate level of complexity
- Create product models in a Catalog Management Tool or document them in a format suitable for DT IT implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and continuously improve product modelling guidelines for ITSM usage
- End-to-end ownership of selected product models, including gathering required information from TDG experts
- Maintain and govern the product model library for future reuse
Qualifications:
- Fluent English (daily working language); German is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of the TDG organization and internal stakeholder network
- Experience with ServiceNow
