Job Description
Client interaction: Work with clients to identify and understand benefit plan requirements. Build and maintain pharmacy benefit plans for client groups. Monitor plan data integrity for assigned accounts by organizing benefit configuration and structure.
Process improvement: Assist in determining process improvement efforts. Maintain prior authorizations and step therapy rules. Provide insight into changes to improve workflow efficiency.
Implementation and Support: Support new client implementations and conduct go-live testing. Provide troubleshooting support for claims adjudication. Collaborate with member support and customer success teams to resolve benefit-related inquiries.
