Responsible for supporting leadership, managing data and reporting, problem solving, and implementing goal-oriented strategies. Streamlines operations through researching efficiencies and problem solving. Works with Operations management to provide data support, quantification, and reporting.

The Service Enablement team supports Anchorage in its mission. The role supports the Service Enablement Lead in assisting business heads/project sponsors, and product/engineering teams in delivering on cross-functional, large-scale change initiatives. The role will support the development of project plans, status reporting, process design, testing and procedure documentation.
