Business Consultant - Council Tax / Business Rates Specialist

Role Overview:

• Deliver Council Tax and Business Rates consultancy and training to local authorities.
• Support migrations, billing, and service improvements for NEC Revenues customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and webinar training on NEC products.
• Build customer relationships and ensure positive feedback.
• Help develop new consultancy offerings and user guides.

• You communicate well, solve problems, and work flexibly.
