Responsibilities include applying software updates, troubleshooting issues, and providing innovative solutions, within a supportive environment.

Work within the Health division of NECSWS, maintaining existing applications, creating reports and dashboards, documenting code, cleansing data, identifying data quality issues, and supporting clinical steering committees. Deploy machine learning/NLP techniques to health data, focusing on clinical registries and performance outcomes for patients who have undergone surgery. Collaborate with the data science team to develop new registries and health data reporting procedures for the NHS and private UK healthcare providers.

The Microsoft 365 Specialist role is pivotal in the continued adoption of Microsoft 365 within NEC Software Solutions, ensuring that the business best benefits from the extensive capabilities of the platform. The successful candidate will be delivering Microsoft 365 consultancy currently and have a broad knowledge of the whole Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Communication and collaboration are paramount to this role, working closely with internal stakeholders on a continuous basis, understanding their needs and identifying solutions that take advantage of Microsoft 365.
