Business Consultant - Benefits Specialist

Role Overview:

• Work as a Business Consultant specializing in NEC Benefits, delivering consultancy and training to local authorities.
• Combine product knowledge and communication skills to help customers optimize their NEC solution usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote consultancy/training for NEC Products and Service Implementations.
• Make recommendations aligned with client business needs and ensure positive customer feedback.
• Assist with product development, attend user groups, and mentor team members.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Benefits (CTR/CTS and Housing Benefits) and excellent communication skills.
• UK Driving license and willingness to travel; ability to work independently and on multiple projects.
