The Operations Project Coordinator leads and coordinates the NBD change and innovation management process (PIF/PCF) for all Operations functions. They are responsible for timely coordination and completion of project activities for the creation or revision of Finished Goods and products, encompassing all packaging components and functional requirements.

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, tracking, delivery, and closure of client projects, understanding requirements and engaging the global team. The ideal candidate is driven, capable of building relationships, and thriving in a dynamic environment.

Lead, train and motivate a growing Team, communicate with leadership, and lead the Audit Team which receives requests from Payors. Comfortable bringing new ideas and process improvement suggestions, manage requests, oversee escalation calls, and participate in project teams. Coordinate with location/client management on complex issues.
