Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- 5-8 years of commercial retail property management experience.
- Familiarity in new store development and onboarding.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Tenant/Landlord negotiations and financial analysis.
- Experience in Lease Analysis and Real Estate transaction documents.
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
