As Director of Integration, you’ll lead the company’s integration efforts across a growing portfolio of acquisitions. You’ll own the integration playbook, align functions around shared goals, and ensure every new partner company is set up for long-term success in this hands-on, high-impact role.

This role involves building the systems, processes, and culture that allow the Doctronic team to operate with excellence while they grow rapidly. The Head of Business Operations will lead core operations across HR, finance, and company processes, partner with founders to reinforce company culture, build and optimize processes, drive data-informed decision making, and support vendor management.

This role is critical in driving alignment, transparency, and delivery excellence across a complex portfolio of transformation programs. The ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder, adaptable, and intellectually curious, capable of establishing trust with key leaders and stakeholders across the organization to drive exceptional performance. The Senior Director of Portfolio and Program Management will be expected to showcase strong problem-solving abilities, take initiative, and help ensure that efforts remain focused on top priorities.

You will drive and analyze key business processes within both CFO Services and COO Services at Pilot. You will support team leads in Consulting Services as well as other senior stakeholders across various verticals within Pilot to deliver analytic insights that ensure efficient day to day processes and support strategic decision-making. You will be expected to own key operational processes, identify process weaknesses, and drive scalable solutions.

Establish foundational structures and processes for operations in international markets. Identify opportunities for simplification and automation. Build and motivate a growing team. Design and test strategies to improve member experience. Bring insights from local operational realities into the clinical development roadmap.
