This role will lead the entire Operations Team and be responsible for the corresponding Tech Stack (Salesforce, i360, Sales Navigator, Outreach, 6Sense, CPQ, Pardot Gong, etc.). Reduce workplace injuries, improve reporting and prevention systems, and managing the full lifecycle of workersβ compensation cases, working with operations, clinical, people, legal, and product teams.
Own P&L and KPIs for all clinics, including visit volume, clinician productivity, NPS, EBITDA, and unit economics. Develop and socialize a standardized operating model, SOPs, and dashboards to ensure consistent performance across markets. Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
