Rillet is seeking a versatile and driven Business Operations Associate to join their team. In this role, you'll work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff, supporting high-impact initiatives across Go-to-Market (GTM), Revenue Operations (RevOps), HR, and Finance. This remote-first role collaborates closely with EU-based developers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. Support the core customer base with their accounting and finance processes, and guide them on the usage of Rillet. Own the process for maintaining relationships with key customers and be the advocate for customers.

The Machine Learning Engineer will work on the core systems that power Rillet’s AI-driven workflows within a growing engineering team, closely collaborating with the CTO, product, and design teams to build industry-defining accounting and finance software; defining ML solutions and integrating ML/AI models into production systems.
