We’re looking for a software engineering manager to lead one of the product feature teams at Rillet. You’ll join a growing engineering team and work closely with the CTO, product, and design to build industry-defining accounting and finance software. This role will report directly to the CTO. The role is remote first, with opportunities to travel for team events.

Shape the vision, product strategy and user experience of Rillet. Work closely with the product and engineering leadership to build an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining. Define and drive the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design. Establish design principles and set the direction for Rillet’s design system.

As one of the first members of the GTM team, you’ll have a key role in shaping our strategy, testing new approaches, and building the foundation for Rillet’s long-term go-to-market success. Partner with the GTM team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaign performance. Lead personalized, strategic outreach to high-priority accounts, converting cold and warm leads into SQLs.
