Shape the vision, product strategy and user experience of Rillet, an industry-defining accounting & finance software, working closely with product and engineering leadership to build a cutting-edge product. Define and drive the full design process, establish design principles, lead user research, and mentor a team of product designers, all while contributing directly to Rillet’s UX/UI design.

As a Partner Enablement Manager, collaborate with partnerships leads, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to design and execute scalable enablement programs. Equip partners with the knowledge, tools, and support to drive customer outcomes, blending strategic thinking with operational precision to ensure system integrators, accounting advisors, and technology partners can deliver at Rillet’s pace; a crucial role for Rillet’s growth.

Drive revenue growth by building strategic relationships with CFOs, finance leaders, and accounting teams. Help them realize the full potential of Rillet, working with startups to global enterprises. You'll refine our process playbook, run message tests, perform ROI comparison analysis. You'll be the face of the company and assure customer satisfaction.

As Community Lead, build and run programs that connect Rillet’s customers and amplify their voices. You’ll own execution end-to-end, from building online forums to hosting events, while laying the foundation for a scalable community function. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to expand into strategy and leadership as the community grows.
